ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Modules (5-15 yrs)

Role : Servicenow Developer.

Location : Hyderabad.

Experience : 5 to 15 yrs.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement enterprise IT environments across all architecture layers using ServiceNow.

- Customize and implement the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST, SOAP, Integration hub, store apps, and plugins.

- Develop and maintain ITSM modules within the ServiceNow platform.

- Configure and manage Integration hub for seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and other systems.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.

- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and migrations.

- Adhere to best practices and coding standards for ServiceNow development.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

- Proven experience in implementing and customizing ITSM modules in ServiceNow.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and components.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools and techniques (e.g., business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Form designer, Flow designer, ACLs).

- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs for ServiceNow integration.

- Experience with Integration hub and other ServiceNow integration methods.

- Any ServiceNow mainline certification (CSA/CAD/CIS) is preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
