Lead - Credit Risk

Responsibilities:

- Should have diverse experience in Credit Risk management of Retail (Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, CD, Education Loans, and Commercial Vehicles etc), Digitalization, Product & Process Development, Portfolio Monitoring, Collections, Team Management and Relationship Development.

- Should have expertise in devising and implementing Credit policies, credit monitoring policies, portfolio management, and setting up and scaling underwriting processes for various lines of businesses.

- Must have played key role in driving automation (Income estimation, EMI imputation, and fraud analytics), digitization (online validation and parametrizations), robotic automation, scorecard based lending, LOS and workflow design.

- Should have experience of developing credit policy, credit monitoring policy, products, risk and residual valued based pricing model, developing credit bulletin, monitoring MIS, CAM, Credit Notes, CMA formats as per changing business and product requirement.

- Experience in working with various partners (Bureaus, Perfios, Karza, Probe etc), alliance partners, vendors, field investigation agencies, valuation agencies and large team of credit processors.

- Drive business targets, review products in monthly credit and risk meetings with management.

- Lead development of portfolio risk strategy which entailed creation of spectrum basis combination of customer segmentation.

- Should be responsible for formulation of pre-approved offers for prospect base and development of policy to asset the customer in real time at Point of Sale terminal and for internal audit of all risk rules/policies, governance of processes and ensuring 100% adherence to monthly/yearly functional audits
