Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of experience to take on a specialized role focused on the onboarding process, in addition to other core recruitment responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, exceptional communication skills, and experience in managing MIS (Management Information Systems), administrative tasks, and employee engagement initiatives. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new employees while supporting the recruitment process and employee engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Conduct end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to interviewing and hiring candidates across various departments and job levels.
    • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and identify top candidates.
    • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • Onboarding:
    • Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to becoming an engaged employee.
    • Coordinate and schedule orientation programs, including company policies, benefits, and compliance training.
    • Ensure that all necessary documents, forms, and systems are completed for new employees.
    • Assist new hires with the setup of necessary tools, systems, and accounts to ensure they are prepared for their first day.
    • Serve as the point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process, addressing any concerns and questions.
    • Continuously improve onboarding procedures to provide a positive and welcoming experience for new employees.

  • MIS & Reporting:
    • Maintain and update HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and other recruitment-related databases.
    • Generate regular reports related to recruitment activities, onboarding progress, and key HR metrics.
    • Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies and streamline onboarding processes.

  • Employee Engagement:
    • Support HR in organizing employee engagement programs, surveys, and feedback initiatives.
    • Assist in planning events or activities that promote employee interaction and satisfaction.
    • Provide ongoing support to ensure new employees feel integrated and engaged within the company.

  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and handling HR documentation.
    • Support in the preparation and distribution of employment contracts, offer letters, and other relevant paperwork.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR recruitment and onboarding roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with new hires and internal teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of onboarding best practices, as well as talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience in using HRIS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in creating and delivering orientation programs is a plus.
