Job Description:
Strategic Planning:
- Assist Head of Finance Control in strategic planning and work strategies
- Plan and handle work strategies
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Coordinate with different teams, alongside Finance Controller, to ensure action items are completed
- Ensure seamless coordination between all teams within Controlling function
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement SOPs
Team Support and Development:
- Help team structure working sheets and define meaningful reports
- Provide guidance and support to accounting staff
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Automation and Digitization:
- Support Finance Controller in automation and digitization initiatives
- Ensure automated controls and digitize manual processes within Controlling function
Audit Support and Management:
- Prepare accounting positions, notes, and schedules for financial statements
- Coordinate with auditors for internal finance control and ensure timely deliverables
- Manage audit process and ensure final reports are received
Financial Governance and Management:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Accounting and Financial Operations:
- Manage month-end closure processes
- Overviewing daily financial operations (AP, AR, GL, IM), well versed with SAP
- Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance
- Review and approve invoices and payments
Job Requirement:
- Chartered Accountant with 8 years plus experience.
- Proven experience in Finance Transformation, real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules e.g., FICO, S&D, RE, MM, PM etc and other similar ERP's.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other related tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
