Candidate preference- We are looking for a qualified CA with around 2-4 yrs work experience with product based company & having good experience in Corporate strategy, Business planning, Financial modeling, Annual operation planning, Annual budgeting , profitability analysis, competitor analysis etc.

Purpose of job:

Work on organic and inorganic growth initiatives and ensure quality implementation and timely completion. Work on profitability analysis, feasibility study, financial planning and various other strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects as and when undertaken by the organization

Key job areas:

- Support in the annual global budget preparation and related processes

- Prepare Annual operating plans & long terms business plan for the company based on industry trends & inputs from different functions

- Monthly analysis of segmental profitability including key product mix changes and its implications

- Drive the follow up and monitoring of key strategic initiatives and projects

- Support the team on various organic and inorganic growth opportunities from feasibility study to execution including preparation of detailed business plan.

- Run analysis for decisions on new capacity setup and expansion

- Regular monitoring of competition activities in various geographies of interest

- Analysis and monitoring of large key capex in terms of performance vs approvals
