Job Description

- Take control & ownership of negotiated contracts

- Take complete accountability for end to end process: from execution to system integration

- Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally;

- Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate;

- Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders;

- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation;

- Mitigate common contract management risks, such as financial, legal, and security risks.

- Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained. Leads the contract lifecycle management (CLM) workflow. This includes to maintain the entire contract life cycle and repository of contractors through a web-based solution to ensure seamless retrieval of contracts, its updation from time to time and expiry.

- Keep track of important contract dates and milestones.

- Meet with internal and external stakeholders to discuss both legal and business matters.

- Act as critical part of the Cross-Functional Team and maintain excellent working relationships with the business teams to ensure their needs are met.

- Create a database of contract templates, such as non-disclosures, non-competes, release forms, purchase orders, employment contracts, and independent contractor agreements and other recurring contracts business.

- Ensure all obligations under the concession agreements, EPC contracts, service agreements, O&M agreement etc are mapped in the system, followed up with relevant business teams and regular MIS are published

Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes through well-structured contract documents.

- Minimum of five years progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in contract administration and/or management;

- Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills;

- Strong techno legal skills;

- Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of business and converting into contracts.

- Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team.
