Lead - Finance Transformation - Real Estate (8-12 yrs)

Job Description:

As the lead- Finance transformation , you will play a pivotal role in driving automation and transformation at Finance Function involving but not limited to SAP. You will play a pivotal role in driving change management in function and also play an important role in governing SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations, including automation and digitalization initiatives.

- Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the finance function.

- Manage transformation projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of new systems and processes.

- Establishes SAP governance frameworks using best practices from a finance viewpoint

- Establishes Business Process Blueprints for each underlying functional process

- Establishes Critical process linkages, and their finance integration requirements

- Establishes Work Processes / SOP for tighter process controls. | Automates workflows

- Support Audits and Compliances with SAP automation

- Collaborate with Technology for configuration, developments, testing and training programs.

- Be comfortable with managing complexity and are familiar in detail with the processes that are employed on projects.
