HR Operations- Retainer (On Contract)

Qualifications: 

• Handle HR Operations which includes employee data management and life cycle processes. 
• Handle exit meetings and offboarding processes. 
• Assist in the payroll related inputs and preparing final settlement in collaboration with the Payroll and Finance team
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws. 
• Act as a point of contact for international and domestic employees, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• MIS : Proper documentation and Staff Database is maintained in a timely manner. 

Qualifications & Skill Set :

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR Operations preferably exit management. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills. 
• Good excel skills.
