Responsibilities:

Payroll:

- Processing Payroll for all the employees

- Processing Payroll for all the 3rd party employees

- Remittance of PF, PT etc.

Statutory Compliances:

- Maintaining compliances of Office and project sites

- Maintaining compliance data and documents

Pre-Joining Formalities:

- Preparing offer letter and sharing with the candidates

- Following up with the candidate till their joining

- Preparing MIS for the offered candidates

Onboarding Formalities:

- Initiating online onboarding for the new joiners

- Joining formalities of new joiners

- Induction for new joiners

- Buddy Program

- Background Verification

Probation Confirmation:

- Issuing Probation Confirmation form to the employee

- Issuing Confirmation letter to the employee

Employee Transfers:

- Preparing and Issuing transfer letters to the employees

- Coordinating with Travel desk for the travel of employees who are transferred

Leave & Attendance Management:

- Maintaining attendance of all employees

- Maintaining leaves of all employees

Exit Formalities:

- Taking exit interviews

- Processing F&F of exit employees

- Issuing the relieving/experience letter
