Job Purpose:
- Drive Talent Development and Employee engagement and ensure implementation of related Human Resource across Energy Sector in alignment with the corporate HR architecture.
- Lead Learning and Development for Energy Business
- Drive Talent Review, Succession Planning and IDPs
- Facilitate work place harmony through continuous engagement to create a productive and cohesive climate for business.
- Driving GPTW initiatives as part of CFT
Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators:
- Plan & monitor the developmental interventions of the senior leadership of the business Success Rate in Succession Planning
- Planning & implementation employee communication forums No of communication forum organized
- Develop & implement interventions at organization level to improve Employee Engagement EE Score
- Capability Building & L&D Initiatives MIS - Plan vs Actual
- Designing GPTW initiatives to enable organization achieve its mission of becoming a GPTW company No. of initiatives designed and approved
- HR support of Energy 2.0 Timelines
- Driving Talent Review and Succession planning for energy Business Timeline / Readiness of talent pipeline
- Developing IDPs and monitoring progress % coverage
