We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our HR function and contribute to the overall growth of our staffing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, a passion for people, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance and set goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills.
HR Operations:
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, time and attendance, and HRIS administration.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
Manage HR data and generate reports as needed.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a staffing agency.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
Experience in a staffing agency is a significant advantage.
