Education: MBA in Human Resources from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute
Role Summary:
The HR COE Manager will play a strategic role in enhancing HR operations through HR analytics, compensation benchmarking, and job evaluation. You will work closely with HR leadership and other stakeholders to drive initiatives that align HR policies with business objectives, optimize processes, and promote data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Leverage HR analytics to track and analyze key metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, compensation, and more.
- Create and maintain dashboards that provide insights into workforce trends and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR teams to interpret data and recommend actionable solutions for organizational improvement.
Compensation Benchmarking:
- Conduct market research and compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Support the design and implementation of compensation plans that are aligned with market standards and internal equity.
- Regularly review compensation data to make recommendations on salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives.
Job Evaluation & Job Architecture:
- Conduct job evaluations to ensure roles are classified appropriately based on responsibilities and skills.
- Work on creating clear job descriptions and career paths aligned with the company's job structure.
- Partner with compensation and talent acquisition teams to ensure the job architecture is consistent and competitive.
Policy Benchmarking & Process Optimization:
- Conduct benchmarking exercises to ensure HR policies and practices remain competitive and compliant with industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvements in HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure policies are up-to-date, compliant with labor laws, and aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership, providing insights based on data and analytics.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, compensation teams, and other relevant departments to ensure COE initiatives are well-integrated with business needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute is mandatory.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in HR COE, HR analytics, compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as DarwinBox, Success Factor, etc.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, and HR policies.
