HR Manager

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Design and execute hiring strategies to recruit blue-collar staff, including:
• Lab Technicians
• Phlebotomists
• Customer Care Executives
• Front Office Executives
• Sales and Marketing Personnel
• Lead recruitment for senior-level positions, including Junior Executives and Senior Managers.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates effectively, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.

Onboarding and Employee Integration:
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

• Conduct induction programs to familiarize new employees with company policies and values.

HR Operations:

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast recruitment needs.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates for critical roles.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during hiring and onboarding.

Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with department heads to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when necessary.

Process Improvement:

• Develop and refine recruitment strategies to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

• 5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment, especially for blue-collar roles.
• Proven track record in recruiting for healthcare, hospitality, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

• Expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Education:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in HR (preferred).
