Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
  
• Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
  
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills of employees across various levels.
  
• Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and develop action plans for improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to leave administration, exit processes, induction programs, interviewing techniques.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years experience in IT recruitment.

Notice period 30 days or less.

Experienced in all facets of HR manager role.

Must have handled atleast 15 employees in the team.

Excellent communication skills.
