HR Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  
• Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to reduce turnover rates.
  
• Oversee grievance handling and redressal processes to maintain a positive employer brand reputation.
  
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR policies that align with organizational goals.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (preferably from manufacturing industry).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of HR generalist activities such as payroll processing, benefits administration, performance management systems etc.
