Our Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice focuses on risk management, regulatory, quantitative, and technology backgrounds. The breadth of experiences of FSRM professionals enables the practice to coordinate the delivery of a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout the world in a well-integrated manner.
We are looking for Market Risk Professionals to work within a dynamic team under FSRM service line focusing on Quantitative Modeling and Market Risk Analytics.
Your key responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive validation of AI/ML models, including predictive models, recommendation systems, and optimization algorithms.
- Conduct independent assessments of model design, development, implementation, and performance.
- Validate the accuracy, stability, and reliability of models under various scenarios. Perform back-testing, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing.
- Evaluate data quality, preprocessing steps, and feature engineering pipelines.
- Prepare detailed validation reports highlighting model assumptions, testing procedures, validation results, and recommendations.
- Present findings to senior management, model developers, and relevant committees.
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Advanced degree (Master's/Ph.D.) in quantitative disciplines such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Financial Engineering, Data Science or related field.
- 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience within a wealth management or asset management environment.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn etc) and statistical modelling tools (R, Python).
- Proven expertise in mathematical modelling, statistical analysis, forecasting, AI/ML and financial software applications.
- Deep knowledge of Factor models like CAPM, Fama French, Stochastic factor model.
- Excellent knowledge of Portfolio optimization techniques, Mean variance optimization, Black-letterman model, Markowitz optimization model.
- Understand hedging and payoffs for exotic derivatives in Rates, Credit, Equity, FX and Commodities
- Exposure to Pricing, valuation for Private Credit, Private Equity, real estate Valuations.
- Pricing, valuation and risk modelling for exotic equity derivatives (Barrier options, Lookback options, Asian Options, American options etc.)
- Exceptional analytic, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Industry certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CQF.
