Responsibilities:
- Daily management of Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads accounts, with a laser focus on ROI.
- Collaborate with senior marketing executives to identify and implement strategies for scaling ad spend and business growth.
- Own, drive, and report on critical marketing efficiency metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Conduct thorough keyword and website research, competitor analysis, ad grouping, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Confidently communicate with clients, lead meetings, and address their needs via calls and email.
- Build strong client relationships through frequent interaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively recommend optimizations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, specifically for D2C brands.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication 1 skills, both written and verbal, 2 with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and present findings to clients.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Experience with performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and a data-driven approach to campaign management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
