Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced organization while contributing to key HR functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment, administrative, and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates, including scheduling interviews and following up.

- Make calls to candidates to coordinate interview processes and collect necessary information.

- Maintain and update HR databases, records, and systems with a high level of accuracy.

- Prepare and analyze data using Excel to generate insights and reports for HR processes.

- Support in onboarding processes and other employee engagement activities.

- Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, calendar management, and tool updates.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis) and other HR-related tools.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable making professional calls and engaging with candidates effectively.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Quick learner with an interest in HR processes and operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Prior internship or exposure to HR-related tasks is a plus.
