HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll management, and compliance. The HR Executive will play a vital role in maintaining a productive and harmonious workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Conduct employee onboarding and ensure a seamless integration process for new hires.
• Manpower Management:
• Plan, organize, and manage workforce requirements to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Oversee shift scheduling, attendance monitoring, and allocation of manpower.
• Employee Engagement:
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
• Payroll & Attendance:
• Maintain accurate payroll data, including attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
• Process monthly salary disbursements in coordination with the finance team.
• Compliance & Policies:
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in conducting performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• HR Reporting:
• Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Keep records of employee data, including personal details, job roles, and performance history.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR roles (manufacturing industry experience is a plus).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
