Key Responsibilities:
Employee relationship management
Employee On-boarding and Orientation
Maintaining the leave Register of employees
Maintaining employee attendance
Vender Management
Preparation of letters like appointment, increment, experience letter etc.
Maintaining data base of employees
Handling the admin activities
End to End Recruitment (If Required)
Handling Reimbursement
Policy development and documentation
Performance Appraisal
Updating Process Manual as implementation of the same
Conducting Employee engagement program
Handling Employee Grievance
Maintain record of Fixed Assets
Exit formalities of employees
Required Key Skills:
Masters in Human Resources.
Good communication skill.
Knowledge in computers like MS office.
Good interpersonal skill.
People Management skill.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
