Role & responsibilities

The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing and analyzing HR data to support decision-making processes. The individual will work closely with the HRBP - Supply Chain, who oversees a pan-India operation, to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain and update HR databases and systems with employee information.
  
• Generate periodic HR reports (e.g., attrition, headcount, leave, and attendance) for the supply chain assert pan-India.
  
• Prepare dashboards and visual reports for senior management.
  

Analytics Support:

• Analyze workforce trends to provide actionable insights to the HRBP.
  
• Assist in tracking and reporting key HR metrics (e.g., recruitment timelines, training completion rates, and employee engagement scores).
  

Process Improvement:

• Identify gaps in existing HR processes and recommend improvements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR operations.
  

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and statutory compliance in HR data management.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee data.
  

Support to HRBP:

• Provide data-driven inputs to the HRBP for strategic decision-making.
  
• Support implementation of HR initiatives and programs across the assert.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field. A diploma/certification in MIS or Data Analytics is a plus.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an MIS or HR operations role, preferably in a supply chain or logistics organization.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and MIS tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other relevant platforms).
  
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

Should be MBA in HR domain + Hindi language awareness is mandatory
