Hr Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, including attendance management, leave management, payroll processing, PF & ESIC compliance, joining formalities, exit formalities, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all HR tasks to maintain a smooth work environment.
• Coordinate with employees to resolve any issues related to employment contracts, salaries, benefits, or other personnel matters.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data and adhere to company policies.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing documents and maintaining records.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in administration, attendance management, payroll processing (PF & ESIC), leave management, statutory compliance.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations governing employment practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications for efficient data entry and record-keeping purposes.
• Should be good knowledge of MS Excel
• Should be graduate
