Devout Tech Consultants Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and policy implementation
This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
6 1 years of experience in HR role
Solid understanding of HR processes and labor laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Roles And Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company culture and industry best practices
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Handle employee relations and facilitate conflict resolution
Manage performance appraisal process and assist in performance improvement plans
Coordinate training and development programs for employees
Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives
Maintain HR records and generate reports as required
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management
Support management in strategic HR planning and decision-making
