As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in HR..

Qualifications And Skills.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Solid understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
