7. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
8. Creating clear and concise reports
9. Giving helpful and engaging presentations
10. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance
11. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
12. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
13. Handling operations/work of the company's ongoing projects
