Factory HR Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage attendance, time tracking, and shift scheduling for 1500-2000 garment factory employees in coordination with the Factory Manager.

• Implement and adhere to SOPs as per factory guidelines.

• Oversee leave management, compensatory offs, and track absenteeism, late marks, and Sunday working.

• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on workforce management with senior management.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and timely payments related to compliances.

• Address workforce grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.

• Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.

• Assist in audits and inspections related to HR and compliance matters if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in factory HR operations, preferably handling large workforce management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and factory HR policies.
• Proficiency in attendance and time management systems.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with multiple departments.
