HR Compliance Executive

Roles & responsibilities:

• Will handle all Payroll & Establishment related compliance activities of clients, i.e. S&E, LWF, CLRA, PT etc.
• Will file Annually and half-yearly return filings in different acts
• Assist the clients in effectively handling queries, objections, and inspections by authorities.
• Proactively follow up with the back office for timely submission of invoices to clients.
• Any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
• Maintain accurate records of all compliance-related activities.

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream
