In three months:

- Working with all constituents of paid media eco-system under one single roof

- Get proficient with latest trading techniques and deals by managing largest portfolios

In 12 months:

Responsibilities of the role:

- You have experience managing multi-location media activation teams.

- You have experience training and maintaining quality standards at scale

- You have experience providing service to local teams from a centralized location

- You have a passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends.

- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

What you will need:

- Graduation Degree in Any stream

- 12+ year's professional experience in digital media execution

- You are an expert & executed on Meta as well as on Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn

- May have an idea on Reddit, Tiktok, X

- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet

- Working knowledge in HubSpot, Smartly, 4C, Scibids, or third-party tools like Dataroma, Google Studio is an added advantage

- Minimum team size handled 15-30 people
