Role Description:
HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Candidate should excel in stakeholder management
2. Lead end to end recruitment process for each department
3. Candidate needs to manage all the employee queries and solve the grievances, if any.
4. Candidate should have a fair understanding of our business and the sector that we are in to manage the business & management
5. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
6. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
7. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
8. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
9. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
10. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
11. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
12. Performs other related duties as assigned
13. Candidate should have a pleasing personality and should bring along a positive attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. Education Qualifications : MBA in Human Resource Management
2. Specialist Functional Exposure : Information Technology, Institutional Equities, Product Management, Digital Business, Strategy Business, Wealth Broking, Securities Market, Financial Securities
3. Work Experience : 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Employee Engagement, etc.
