National Head - HR Business Partner - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (14-18 yrs)

Job Purpose:

As the National Head - HRBP, you will lead the HR Business Partnering function, aligning HR strategies with the business objectives of the organisation. You will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, and strategic workforce planning to support the company's growth and operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: MBA in HR from Top Tier Institutes preferred.

- Experience: At least 14 years of HRBP or related experience in industries such as BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, Pharma, or Retail.

- Strong expertise in employee lifecycle management, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic HR initiatives, influence stakeholders, and manage large teams.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
