Cultural Ambassador (Guide) & change manager
I'm the guardian of Decathlon values and purpose in my business unit and work to shape a desired organizational culture continuously.
- I guarantee the creation of a strong internal culture, to get the best out of people
- I make sure the organization is fair, transparent, and cares about people as individuals
- I deeply embedded diversity and inclusion in business and talent decisions in my business unit
- I encourage inclusion (for all) and promote diversity in the workplace
- I manage crises and accompany changes
3rd RESPONSIBILITY
10 HR processes Responsible
I guarantee the best employee & manager experience by implementing the different people processes in my business unit.
- I maintain 10 HR Processes: Workforce Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Total Reward, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Career Development, Work together, and Offboarding in partnership with the country HR specialists
- I comply with the local legislation, rules, ethics, and social requirements
- I listen and understand the needs of employees and the needs of the Business unit.
- I guarantee the well-being of our employees, taking a holistic approach that values physical and mental health.
Location Based in Bangalore Decathlon Anubhava, Onsite (Hybrid)Willing to travel at least 1 week a month to spend time with teams on the ground in the cities.
Profile Profile
- Sports Practitioner and a People Lover
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion (3-5+ years) in a leadership/Business partner HRBP role.
- Retail industry experience is a must and experience in a global organization with a strong footprint in India is a plus.
- Familiarity with the unique challenges of retail staffing, seasonality, customer service focus, and fast-paced environment. Experience with both store-level and corporate retail HR Ability to implement changes with an impact beyond the immediate scope of work
