HRBP

What are we looking for? 

We’re looking for HRBP who will support the delivery unit to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to deliver results. This work includes, but not limited to, providing change leadership, talent management and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years’ experience in the areas of HR or employee engagement
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Hands on experience in driving employee relations, retention, and reward programs
• Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
• Ability to identify problems and drive the same to a logical closure.

• Collaborate with leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing organizational performance.
• Facilitate organizational change by promoting effective communication and engaging employees throughout the transition.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, ensuring high participation rates and actionable insights for management.
• Address employee grievances effectively while maintaining the employer brand, conducting investigations when necessary.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights that support data-driven decision-making for improved organizational outcomes.
• Lead initiatives in workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning to optimize talent utilization.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, providing continuous support on HR-related matters to managers and employees alike.
