- • To ensure advances in HR processes and programs as well as to support key business objectives, strategies and initiatives.
- • Monitor and follow up on the various employee related issues / queries.

- • Attrition Management and implement strategies for Employee Retention.
- • Conduct various employee engagement activities as per calendar
- • Execute the rewards and recognition programs within timelines.
- • Responsible for the welfare of all the employees of the branch office.
- • Maintain a robust employee communication process.
- • Communicating the policies and the procedures to the employees.
- • Execute Performance Management process and work on development planning.
- • Execute company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning and organisational change).
- • Assist the HR Operations, Training & Development and Payroll teams as required
