Roles and Responsibilities

1. Communicating with potential job candidates.
2. Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
3. Managing HR records including, CV, applicant logs, and employee forms.
4. Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
5. Issuing new employees with enrollment documents.
6. Conducting employee orientations.
7. Explaining employee benefits.
8. Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
9. Maintaining employee confidentiality.
10. Assisting with the distribution of training material.

11. To carry out the payroll processing on monthly basis.

12. To co ordinate welfare activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA with specialization in HR, with minimum 0.6-2 years of experience.
