Junior HR / Accountant

Job description

We are currently seeking a talented Junior HR / Accountant with a strong background in both HR and accounting. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in our HR and financial processes.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview coordination
• Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Support HR managers in various administrative tasks and projects
• Contribute to maintaining accurate HR records and databases
• Participate in the organization of employee engagement activities
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements
• Maintain and keep a record of employee attendance
• Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
