HR Recruiter

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter for a dual-role position in Indore. You will manage both recruitment and general HR functions, ensuring the attraction, retention, and support of top talent while maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Job Descriptions: Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and attractive job descriptions.
• Sourcing: Use various channels (job boards, social media, networks) to attract qualified candidates.
• Screening & Interviews: Review applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate further evaluations with stakeholders.
• Offer Management: Prepare job offers, manage negotiations, and oversee pre-employment processes.
• Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
• Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
• HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in HR with a focus on recruitment and general HR functions.
