Sales & Marketing - Solar Product

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing(Solar) with expertise in solar products to join our team in Kundli (Haryana). The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in both institutional sales and retail networks. The role will focus on promoting solar products, building and managing retail partnerships, and driving growth through effective marketing strategies

1.Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute sales strategies for both institutional and retail markets.
• Identify new business opportunities in the solar product market and expand customer base.
• Create targeted sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional clients, retail partners, and distributors.

2. Retail Network Development

• Establish, grow, and maintain a robust retail network for solar products.
• Collaborate with retail partners for product placement, promotions, and joint marketing activities.
• Provide product training and support to retail partners and sales teams.

3. Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness and drive sales of solar products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and digital content.
• Oversee brand representation across all sales channels and ensure consistent messaging.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Monitor market trends and customer needs to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry developments and pricing strategies.

5. Reporting & Analysis

• Track sales performance and generate regular reports on sales metrics, trends, and forecasts.
• Analyze customer feedback and market insights to improve sales approaches and product offerings.

6. Customer Relationship Management

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage post-sales services.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions related to solar products.
