Job Summary

This role focuses on leading moderate automation and/ or supporting complex automation implementations and collaborating with finance experts to define solutions, test, address inefficiencies, and align processes. The role also involves problem-solving, enhancing finance processes, maintaining documentation, and working on tasks with guidance from senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.
• Evaluates business requirements and conduct research to address customer needs.
• Engage with internal customers to address issues and provide solutions.
• Assist in initiatives for financial system and process enhancement.
• Research external sources to analyze possible solutions and generate project ideas.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and process flows.
• Support research and data analysis efforts, contributing to knowledge sharing.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically has 2-4 years of Accounting/Financial Analysis experience along with experience in technical skills (Power BI, SQL, VB
