As a Business Development Associate at Hovers, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation:Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, online research tools (social media), and lead generation platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
Client Acquisition:Develop compelling pitches and presentations to convert leads into satisfied clients.
Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
Market Research:Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Marketing Support:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement new marketing strategies.
Proposal Development:Assist in crafting winning proposals and ensuring effective negotiation processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently within a strategic framework.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software.
