What does this role hold for you.??

As an incumbent to the role, following shall be the major responsibilities: -

- Drive the execution of key HR initiatives, such as performance management, R&R and employee engagement.

- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives are effectively communicated and driven across the organization.

- Collaborate with Learning & Development team to implement various training initiatives.

- Ensure effective resolution of employee queries and grievances.

- Implement and monitor employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve retention.

- Provide guidance and support to the team in managing performance issues, including coaching managers and employees.

- Monitor HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Identify and mitigate risks related to employee relations, legal disputes, and workplace safety.

- Hands-on experience working as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced and dynamic setup with an MBA degree and around 5 to 8 years of overall relevant experience.

- Ability to work in ambiguity; and you can also work independently with little to minimal supervision.

- Strong problem-solving as well as analytical thinking abilities.

- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organization.

- Proficiency in Excel, Power point with ability to manage data and derive insights from the same

- Strong team player ability along with a collaborative and inclusive approach.

- High level of detail orientation, interpersonal skills, integrity and strong customer focus.

- Strong organization skills - ability to meet timelines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- An ability to find solutions quickly and have the capability to drive things to closure

- An ability to express unique ideas and concepts in the most creative yet simple manner

- A sense of urgency; an ability to roll your sleeves up and get things done when needed

- Strong command on language, written as well as spoken
