We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager - Insurance with 2-5 years of experience in client portfolio management within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will excel in building long-term relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, motor, and general insurance).
- Achieve sales targets through proactive cross-selling and upselling.
- Generate leads via referrals, partnerships, and networking.
3. Portfolio Management
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely renewals and follow-ups.
- Provide updates on policies, benefits, and claims procedures.
4. Consultation & Advising
- Conduct financial assessments and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge to offer accurate advice.
5. Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (underwriters, claims) to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain accurate client records, ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines, and prepare performance reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client portfolios.
- Knowledge of insurance products and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting.
