CDP/DCDP -Continental / Chinese

Role & responsibilities

1) For CDP/DCDP-Continental section:-

Minimum 02 years experiance as a cdp/dcdp or 2 years working as CDP./DCDP level in a star category Hotels.Must posses a proven track of Food Preparation and preservation knowledge in CONTINENTAL Cuisine .Can work under pressure and be flexible with timings. Thorough knowledge about CONTINENTAL Cuisine . Hygiene and Safety standards .

Good Leadership quality , Good Communication skill and pleasant personality.

2) For CDP/DCDP- Chinese Section:-

Minimum 02 years experiance as a cdp/dcdp or 2 years working as CDP./DCDP level in a star category Hotels.Must posses a proven track of Food Preparation and preservation knowledge in CHINESE Cuisine .Can work under pressure and be flexible with timings. Thorough knowledge about CHINESE Cuisine . Hygiene and Safety standards .

Good Leadership quality , Good Communication skill and pleasant personality.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be a Hotel Management Graduate with excellent Job knowledge about the In CONTINENTAL / CHINESE Cuisine.
