HORTICULTURE EXPERT

Geo Design & Research is looking for HORTICULTURE EXPERT to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Provide expert advice and support to clients and stakeholders on plant selection, placement, and care, including diagnosing and treating plant diseases and pests

Conduct research and development projects to improve horticultural practices and techniques, including the development of new plant varieties and propagation methods

Develop and deliver training and education programs for clients and stakeholders on best practices in horticulture, including plant nutrition, irrigation, and pest management

Identify and procure plants and materials required for horticultural projects, including conducting soil analyses and recommending appropriate plant varieties

Maintain a high level of knowledge in the areas of horticulture, plant science, and related fields through research, training, and networking

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other industry professionals

Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate research findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders

Provide technical assistance and guidance to horticulture workers, including overseeing their work and providing feedback and coaching to improve performance

Collaborate with other professionals, such as landscape architects and designers, to develop and implement horticultural projects

Demonstrated experience in conducting horticultural research and development projects

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and plans to clients and stakeholders
