Job Description
- Disassemble and examine electromechanical products through tear down processes
- Product level, commodity level and site/ supplier level productivity initiatives
- Bottoms up should costing for E-Mech commodities.
- Value engineering analysis to increase product margin.
- Descriptive cost workout to achieve productivity metrics.
- Analyze product design, functionality, and performance.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to compare products against industry standards
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for product enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design changes and improvements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as mechanical engineering
- Hands on experience in Value Engineering and Cost Analysis for 3 years
- Deep understanding of supply chain and Sourcing terminologies
- Hands on experience on TD Benchmarking for 3 Years
- Proven experience in advanced engineering and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of advanced engineering technologies and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
