Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain a document management and/or knowledge management system for internal and external use.
Develop and manage self-service content for customers in the knowledgebase. Reduce the need to rediscover knowledge.
Coordinate with internal and external subject matter experts to develop, translate, and publish technical documentation in alignment to IT service management.
Create and revise documents to be consistent with established format and quality style guides. Ensure consistency in presentation, tone, grammar and style.
Identify and resolve documentation issues related to procedures, concepts, organization, presentation, and usability.
Closely collaborate with customers and Honeywell departments to ensure that the deliverables and formats suite their business needs.
Drive customer experience.
Maintain best practices and train stakeholders on processes, systems and tools.

• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience working with Adobe Frame Maker, Acrobat, Illustrator and more
• Familiarity with topic-based authoring, structured content, DITA publishing
• Excellent team and communication skills
• An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
• An ability to influence across a broader organization
