Job Description

Join a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell [SBG]. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be responsible for a small team and will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clear direction and feedback on tasks
Hiring systems engineers
Mentor systems engineers
hands on / working leader; "working manager"
scheduling
performance evaluation
Provide general oversight to work packages
coach individuals
challenging individuals to think different
Partner with team

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

Ability toconveysubtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
