We are a public benefit corporation headquarted in Bangalore. We operate in rapidly changing legal systems with awareness of the stakes at hand. Our intention is to influence beneficence and alignment into the technological systems that are augmenting and replacing human institutions. Our team spans diverse identity and training, from physics and mathematics to law and public policy. We are small and fast-moving, horizontally flat, and built on collaboration between lawyers, academics, and technologists.

We are entering into the proverbial Early Days, becoming an organization rather than some founders in a cave. Culture remains a definition in progress, but we do hold certain broad principles close to heart. We like to stand on the shoulders of giants and take from and give back to the commons. We encourage first-principles thought, and believe that great experts are set apart from good experts by their articulation and kindness.
