Sr Advanced Software Engr

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with product stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements
• You will work with Product Managers to evaluate the product Roadmap to identify features for development and identify "de nition of done" for each feature
• Lead robust, fast (through) inceptions (identify scope, value, solution, and release plan) and Own prioritized actionable backlogs
• Manage scope and drive trade-off decisions in conjunction with external stakeholders while balancing business requirements with technical requirements
• Elicit, capture, analyze, re ne and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and other technical documentation
• Research and analyze industry trends and benchmarking information as they apply to the Airports airside business model and domain area needs
• Dissect high-level information into details and communicate details in a manner understood by relevant audiences
• Attend standups, grooming meetings, estimation meetings, retrospectives, and other key meetings for the scrum team
• Co-own Release Plans and communicate changes to stakeholders regularly
• Follow complete lifecycle of project bene t, including reporting back on adoption, business value and customer satisfaction post go-live
• Identify blockers that will impact timeline, scope, cost, or other product variables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationship

• Bachelor s degree in electrical /aerospace engineering or related field
• 5+ years experience in Product development environments as a Product Owner/Systems Engineer
• Expert stakeholder management and commercial acumen to link both business and technical functions across a broad portfolio / large stakeholder group
• Proficient in System engineering and requirement management.
• Pro cient in Agile tools such as Scrum, Kanban OR waterfall model of product development
• Proven ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve, or lead the solving of, strategic problems of high complexity on a large scale

• Understanding various software development lifecycle
