Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Locations: Bangalore

Experience: 8+ Years

* Support multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver their objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects.

* Develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives.

* Build strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to ensure program success.

* Support driving teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs.

* Support leading efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths.

* Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver.

* Provide reporting as necessary on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

* Create a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning.

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, software development, or related field.

* Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale, complex projects across multiple geographies and time zones.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.

* In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.

* Experience with program management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration platforms.
