Job Summary
The Business Development and Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving the lead generation process. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the agency landscape. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in business development within an agency setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.
2. Utilise various tools and platforms to identify potential clients.
3. Qualify leads and ensure a steady pipeline of prospects.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
5. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
6. Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape.
7. Present and pitch Honeycomb services to potential clients.
8. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
9. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
10. Develop and execute business development plans to achieve our goals.
11. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with overall Honeycombs objectives.
12. Monitor and report on business development activities and results.
13. Work closely with marketing, sales, and account management teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
14. Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
15. Should be adept in finding and registering for events.
16. Ability to network in events and conferences and build relationships.
